About the Role
As an RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health nursing care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Your Duties May Include
- Providing compassionate, recovery-focused care to individuals with a range of mental health needs.
- Completing patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing reviews.
- Administering medication safely and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
- Supporting patients with acute and complex mental health conditions.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and care documentation.
- Promoting patient dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Identifying and managing risks while following safeguarding procedures.
- Building positive therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Minimum 6 months’ UK mental health nursing experience.
- Valid Enhanced DBS.
- Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
- Right to work in the UK.
